Why I Lower the Bar on my Writing

Either I’m going to write a mediocre article about nothing much, or I won’t write at all. That’s my outlook for today. I need to go to work in an hour and a half. I spent most of my morning talking to my brother overseas, and I don’t have time to write a thought-provoking, insightful article. I just have time for this — whatever this is.
